St. Matthew’s House buys Naples Property, “Changes” to Bonita plans forthcoming

Bonita Springs – St. Matthew’s House has been given property adjacent to its current headquarters on Airport Road in East Naples and, early next week, expects to announce “changes” to its plans for the Bernwood location in Bonita Springs, Vann Ellison, chief executive officer of St. Matthew’s House told the Spotlight today.
“We have purchased the property adjacent to St. Matthew’s House in Naples,” formerly a car dealership, said Ellison. “We had a donor come forward with funds for that, and asked us to purchase that for future use. We don’t have any plans for it right now, but as long as it was a gift of real estate that we could use in the future, we felt it was a worthwhile thing to pick up.”
“The developments on the Bernwood site are unrelated to that purchase, but there are going to be changes moving forward,” he said.
Details about changes to Bernwood property plans will be forthcoming early next week, said Ellison.
